The problem

Spreadsheets don't scale. Your business should.

When stock lives in one sheet, orders in another and accounts in a third, people spend their days copying data and still nobody trusts the numbers.

An ERP gives every team one source of truth. We implement it in phases, migrate your data carefully and train your people, so it gets used rather than avoided.

  • One source of truth: stock, sales, purchasing and finance connected
  • VAT-ready: UAE, Saudi and UK VAT and e-invoicing
  • Multi-currency: and multi-company, multi-branch, multi-warehouse
  • Phased rollout: value in weeks, not years

Buyer guide

Choosing ERP software for a small business or a growing one.

Odoo, ERPNext or custom ERP?

Odoo has the widest set of apps and a strong partner ecosystem. ERPNext is fully open source with no per-user licence, which suits budget-conscious teams. Custom ERP development makes sense when your process is unusual or is your competitive edge. Many clients combine them: an Odoo or ERPNext core with custom modules.

How much does ERP implementation cost?

ERP software for small business, with a few core modules and up to about 20 users, usually costs $8,000 to $30,000 to implement. Multi-company, manufacturing or heavily customized rollouts commonly run $30,000 to $120,000, plus licences or hosting.

How long does it take?

A phased rollout puts core modules live in 8 to 12 weeks, with more modules added in later phases. Big-bang projects that try to do everything at once take longer and fail more often.

Starting price: $2,500 (about AED 9,180) for clients outside India. Every project then gets a written, itemized quote. See all starting prices.

Ask a question
How much does ERP cost with Monocerix?

ERP projects start from $2,500 for clients outside India. Most small and mid-sized rollouts fall between $8,000 and $40,000 depending on modules, users and customization.

Do you implement Odoo and ERPNext?

Yes. We implement and customize both, and build custom ERP modules where needed. See Odoo development and ERPNext implementation.

Is the ERP VAT-compliant for the UAE and Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We configure UAE and Saudi VAT, and integrate ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing and the UAE e-invoicing model as required.

Can you migrate our data from spreadsheets or QuickBooks?

Yes. We clean, map and import masters, open balances and history, and reconcile them before go-live.

Cloud or on-premise?

Either. Most clients choose cloud hosting for lower cost and easier access, and we host in regions that meet your data residency needs.

Will you support us after go-live?

Yes. Every rollout includes hypercare support, then an optional monthly support and improvement plan.
