This Privacy Policy explains how Monocerix, a brand of Unicorn Web Services, a sole proprietorship owned by Dinesh Khobragade ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use monocerix.com, contact us or buy our services. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Information we collect

Details you give us: your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, website, billing name, GSTIN, and the project details you enter in our quote form or send us.
Payment information: when you pay online, your payment is processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status, amount, transaction ID and contact details, but never your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider and any privacy-friendly analytics we use.

2. How we use it

To reply to enquiries and prepare quotations, audits and proposals you request.
To deliver, bill and support the services you buy, including issuing GST invoices.
To process payments and refunds, and to prevent fraud.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
To send occasional updates about our services, only if you agree. You can opt out at any time.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

3. Our quote form and your browser

Answers you type into our quote form are saved in your own browser (local storage) so you don't lose them if you leave the page, until you submit them or click "Start over". When you submit the form, your answers are stored in our private quote register in Google Sheets (Google Workspace), which only our team can access. If you choose WhatsApp or email, the same details are also sent to us there.

Communication, storage and hosting providers, such as Google (Google Sheets, where quote requests are stored), WhatsApp (Meta), our email provider and Vercel, which hosts this website.
Tools needed for your project, such as ad platforms or software you ask us to set up, only as far as the project requires.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers store or process data outside India. When we transfer data abroad we rely on providers with strong security standards and only share what's needed. If you are outside India, your information is processed in India and by these providers.

5. Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the payment page you use may set cookies needed for secure payment processing.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, and client, invoice and payment records for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require (generally 8 years). After that we delete or anonymise them.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance by emailing tech.unicornvisionwebsites@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
