Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver digital services only. Here's how and when you receive your work.

Monocerix, a brand of Unicorn Web Services, a sole proprietorship owned by Dinesh Khobragade provides digital services only. We do not sell or ship physical products, so no shipping charges apply.

1. How we deliver

  • Websites and apps: delivered as a live site or app, a staging link for review, access to your code repository and hosting, and App Store or Google Play publishing where agreed.
  • Software (ERP, CRM, invoicing, AI agents and automations): deployed to your accounts or cloud, with login details, documentation and training sessions.
  • Marketing services (SEO, AEO, social media, Meta and Google Ads): work is carried out on your accounts and reported by email or a shared dashboard each month.
  • Reports, audits and documents: sent by email or WhatsApp as PDF or shared links.

2. Delivery timelines

  • Work starts within 3 working days of accepting your quotation and receiving the advance payment.
  • Delivery dates for each milestone are set out in your quotation. Typical timelines are 1–2 weeks for a landing page, 3–4 weeks for a business website and 6–12 weeks for apps and business software.
  • Monthly services begin within 5 working days of the first payment, and reports are shared every month.
  • Free audits are delivered within 48 hours of receiving the details we need.

3. Delivery confirmation

We confirm each delivery by email or WhatsApp. If you have not received a deliverable by the date in your quotation, contact us and we will resolve it within 2 working days.

4. Delays

Timelines depend on receiving content, access and approvals from you on time. If anything on our side causes a delay, we will tell you as soon as we know and agree a new date with you.
